Using YES24 Global Ticket from overseas

YES24 Global Ticket sells tickets for concerts, fan meetings, musicals and plays. Its late-2026 listings include CHANYEOL, CHENLE, KANGTA, Jang Wooyoung, OH MY GIRL and EVNNE.

Start with a Global Ticket account

Create a separate YES24 Global Ticket account, even if you already use Korean YES24 or its global shopping service. Those accounts are not shared. Registration uses an email ID and an emailed verification link. The interface is in English, although some performance titles remain in Korean.

Selected shows add identity verification through country selection, a foreign passport and face recognition. Read the listing for your performance before booking. Email verification is documented, but it does not establish that every later step will work without a Korean phone number. Check any additional requirements for your show.

Check your card and the cancellation deadline

Credit-card payments require 3D authentication, and China UnionPay is excluded. The purchase guide also excludes American Express cards issued outside Korea. Because the purchase guide and FAQ differ on payment restrictions, check the options shown at your event’s checkout before relying on a particular card.

The FAQ lists PayPal only when more than 180 days remain before the performance, so that condition excludes late-2026 concerts booked on October 25, 2026. Cancellation deadlines also matter: event-specific policies apply, and cancellation, changes and refunds are unavailable after the deadline. Booking fees are refundable only until 23:59 on the purchase day.

Bring the documents for will call

For will call, bring a physical valid passport and your booking confirmation. Collection is normally handled by the ticket holder on show day, but the performance’s own rules take priority. Check those instructions before going to the venue so your collection plans match the requirements for your ticket.

Some performances offer overseas delivery, so will call is not the only possible arrangement. Confirm the delivery or collection method offered for your performance. If you plan to collect at the venue, keep the booking confirmation available and follow the event’s instructions about the ticket holder and required documents.
