Buying K-pop tickets on NOL World

NOL World is the ticket platform formerly called Interpark Global. It sells tickets for concerts, musicals, festivals and sports, with K-pop events including SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids and NCT DREAM.

Start with your account and passport

Registration uses an email ID and password, agreement to the terms, and a membership form. Some concerts also require passport verification before booking. For the Stray Kids sale, the actual attendee had to use their own account, and Korean passports were not accepted for global verification.

• Register with an email ID and password.
• Complete the membership form and agree to the terms.
• Check your concert’s passport-verification requirements before booking.

Follow the global sale and queue rules

Use the global sale schedule for your concert. NCT DREAM’s Korean and global presales fell on different dates, so the Korean schedule was not interchangeable with the global schedule. The Stray Kids queue allowed only one position per account. Starting another queue on a different device or browser closed the existing position.

• Check the global booking date and opening time in KST.
• For the Stray Kids sale, keep your existing queue instead of starting another.
• For NCT DREAM, general sale covered seats remaining after presale and could have no seats available.

Match your booking to your entry ID

For the Stray Kids concert, reservation details and attendee identification had to match exactly. That event used mobile tickets only, with no physical tickets or will-call collection. Treat those as rules for that concert, and check your own event’s ticket format and admission instructions before heading to the venue.
