Using official fan-club membership for K-pop presales

Weverse memberships give eligible fans access to presales for artists including TXT, SEVENTEEN, NCT DREAM, Red Velvet, and WayV. Stray Kids’ ticketing instructions use FANS membership information. Membership establishes eligibility, while concert booking takes place through the designated ticket seller.

Match the membership to the concert notice

Get the exact official membership named in your concert announcement, then follow its verification instructions on the designated ticket site. In NCT DREAM’s example, fans had to verify through the global ticket page using the Weverse account holding NCTzen DREAM Membership (GL). The membership name, ticket-account holder, and attendee had to match.

That NCT DREAM event linked only one Weverse account per NOL World ID and prohibited duplicate verification. Membership had to remain active until show day, and verified membership information could not be changed or reused. Set up the accounts you intend to use before completing verification, keeping the event’s name-matching requirements in mind.

• Find the exact membership named in the announcement.
• Follow the global ticket page’s verification process.
• Match membership, booking, and attendee names.
• Keep membership active for the period the event requires.

Book through the seller after verification

Completing membership verification is separate from buying a ticket. Return to the designated seller for the global presale and use its announced KST opening time. Korean and global presales can fall on different dates. NCT DREAM’s example allowed 1 ticket per person per show, including presale purchases, so check the limit before making further bookings.

If Stray Kids membership verification fails, JYP’s instructions request the NOL World email ID, FANS email ID, artist membership information, and membership number. Have those details ready when seeking help. For admission, follow the event’s identity rules: the NOL World notice requires the reservation and attendee ID to match exactly.

• Check the global presale date and KST opening time.
• Book on the ticket seller named in the notice.
• Review limits that include presale purchases.
• Check the event’s admission ID requirements.
